Return Policy

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges 

Parts, special order items, furniture, and gas/electric powered items are not permitted returns.  

Permitted returns will be accepted within 15 days after delivery receipt. Item must be unused, in its original packaging, accompanied by all accessories and documentation, and in the same 

condition in which it was received. Returns will be subject to a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee. 

Return Process

Customer is to contact us at web@dvres.com and request a return authorization.  Customer may be asked to provide photos of product condition prior to approval of return. 

Customer is responsible for re-packaging item(s) to ensure no damage occurs to items going back to DVRES or manufacturer.  Return authorization number that is provided must be written outside the box and RMA document must be put inside the box. 

Customer is responsible for shipping costs back to DVRES or manufacturer.
